Work We Turn Down
We don't touch commercial rolling steel doors or fire-rated warehouse doors - that's a different trade with different hardware, and we'd rather send you elsewhere than fumble it. We also don't do cosmetic paint or refinishing work on doors that are structurally fine; if your panel just looks dated, that's not a repair call.
If a door is old enough that parts are no longer made - a lot of the housing stock out here dates to the 1947-1990 stretch, with plenty built in the 1960s and 70s - we'll tell you straight when patching it isn't worth the labor versus a new unit. We won't quote a repair on a door we think will fail again in six months just to get the job. And we don't chase same-day miracle promises: if the part has to be ordered, we say so up front instead of guessing at a timeline we can't hit.
